Shipping Policy


We process orders within 3 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All delivery timelines are based on business days, which exclude weekends and holidays. For standard ground shipping, we anticipate:

  • 1-2 business days for delivery to Washington, Oregon, and Northern California.
  • 2-5 business days for delivery to the rest of United States.
  • Up to 2 weeks for international delivery.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50


Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout to orders over $50 after discounts are deducted. Free shipping is available only for ground shipping within the continental United States.

Returns Policy


At Naturem, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Notify us of your return within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund or other resolutions.
  • The products that you purchased must be unopened or unused to qualify for a return.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Returns due to company error (e.g., wrong or defective items) will be processed at no cost
    to the customer. Notify us within 7 days of receipt for such cases.

Important Note on Returns:

Customers initiating 3 or more returns may be permanently removed from the Loyalty & Rewards program, resulting in forfeiture of active points and coupons.

Shortages

Please report any shortages within 7 days of receipt to ensure prompt resolution.

Damages

In the event of damaged goods, notify us immediately and retain the original packaging for potential claims.

We strive to maintain consistent pricing, but prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices listed are net and do not include shipping charges, special handling, duties, or taxes.
